where ‘Yes’ takes us.

Yes took me to Kansas City and Springfield this week. It was Divine. Divine is defined on Google by: “of, from, or like God or a god”. As I am reflecting of a week of meeting people, reconnecting with old friends, and having heart to heart conversations with people from all areas of life…I pondered on my 2.5 hour drive home from Springfield this evening, How blessed am I that I don’t even have to worry about what will come out of this uncomfortable season, because I have come to a deeper more personal revelation of I have Jesus and that is all I need. I am so grateful for each and everyone of you reading this. Wherever you may be reading this I want you to know El Roi “the God who sees me” sees you, whatever battle you are going through —you are not alone. I have encountered many people all in one week (my second week of support raising) and I can confidently say my ‘Yes’ to Jesus needs no explanation of what it looks like.

One of the gifts of the spirit (not the fruits) is the gift of faith, faith and Christian advise about wisdom don’t always coincide. King Soloman was the wisest king of all, yet he did not have the same revelation we have of Jesus. When you believe in Jesus and when you die, you know we ARE going to heaven. Soloman had said in one of his proverbs, from dust to dust, we go back to the ground(totally paraphrasing there—fact check me) but my point is Soloman didn’t know or have a relationship with Jesus to understand that the grave was defeated. I understand I may be writing to a broad group of readers all in different walks of life, but if there is one thing I’ve learned this week/weekend —If you have Jesus, there is no reason to fear. Understanding your identity in Jesus is so large, the devil will do anything and everything to stop you from understanding who you are in Christ…you wanna know why? Because when you know who you are, you know the authority you hold. You know the devil can’t do squat to you, he may try and tempt, but he cannot touch you. I say this boldly because the urgency in my heart. Pick up your cross, deny your flesh and follow Jesus. You will truly have more life to live and you will live it freely. That entire statement does not look like rainbows and sunshine, it looks like peacefully staring Jesus in the eyes as you walk on the waves and rebuke the wind that is in your way. When the time comes in your life when you have been called or commissioned by Jesus you will most likely have an understanding of who you are before you can go do anything. So if you’re in a season of ‘what do you want me to do?’ and you don’t understand the identity you have in Christ, ask God for the wisdom and revelation to renew your mind about who He calls you, and how He refers to you.

God refers to me as His Princess Who Creates, that’s what we arrived at and the more I am liking it. As a child of God and a princess I might add, I don’t stress because my Father is the King of the Kingdom. As a princess, when the enemy makes threats or attacks our walls, I stand firm as the daughter of the King and I know my battle is won, because IT IS WRITTEN!!!!

This week I had fear come in when hearing about the spirit realm, and demons. But my immediate reaction was calling someone to pray over me(Love you Donna). BUT what I learned was, that fear was FALSE. EVIDENCE. APPEARING. REAL. F.E.A.R. It was an imitation of the truth. It was not real nor can it do anything because fear is powerless. It can’t create, it can only imitate. The word URGENCY keeps coming to mind, how important it is to PRAY in our battles. PRAYING the word of God, can cut through flesh and blood, bone and marrow. The word of God is sharper than a double edged sword…wouldn’t want to be in that knife fight. But GUESS WHAT! Jesus’s breath and life is that knife fight. The entire being and name of Jesus is our sword in this fight. We speak His name YESHUA and demons tremble. So tonight, after a long week of driving all over, I speak the Name of Jesus over you, pray this prayer with me:

Jesus, thank You! Thank You for paying the price and winning the fight once and for all. Thank You for your protection, love, peace, joy, healing, vindication, redeeming, victory, THE BATTLE IS YOURS AND IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL! Lord Jesus, I rebuke any and all spirits from myself, my family, my house. I permeate every fiber in my being from head to toe to be anointed and protected by the Holy Blood of Jesus. I believe that Your Word and Love endure forever. I believe and stand firm in the boldness Your grace gives me and allows me the grace to start and the grace to finish the things You call me to. I ask for Your Love in these times we live, may Your light shine through me and may I be a working part of the body of Christ. I know that you have made me FEARFULLY and WONDERFULLY, that all I do will prosper, and I have the mind of Christ available to me, my cup overflows, running over in abundance, the Lord is my shepherd and I know His voice. Abba Father we cry out to you tonight, not my will but Your will be done, in Jesus’ Name Amen.

I say all this about identity because there is SO much urgency to get you to understand who you are so you know what to do. When you know who you are, you know and can discern God’s voice in what He is calling you to. When you can hear Him speak, then it’s time to listen and respond. Are you confident in your identity in Christ? Can you hear the Father speak to you His child? Do you know the Father’s voice? What is God calling you to? Are you giving Him your ‘Yes”?
